HCL Sponsored Artists Spring Open House 2011

Because we love this season’s crackerjack artists, because we love you, because we never met a gin punch we didn’t like – and not just because we love proving T.S. Eliot wrong – we’ve planned an evening sure to make the month of April especially uncruel:
Join us next Saturday night when we’ll be opening the doors and rolling out two floors of live performance featuring Spektral Quartet, Coppice, Ensemble Dal Niente, Manual Cinema, The Moving Architects, Blake Russell, and The House Theatre.
Sweetening the deal will be video installations from heartthrob historian Jacob Mikanowski and award-winning composers Ted Hearne and Philip White, as well as works by Swedish sculptress Maria Jönsson. With winning edibles from Guerrilla Smiles catering, DJ Joe BBall, and the aforementioned potent potables, it’s hard to believe there could possibly be more. But there is yet another essential piece of the proverbial pie that pulls it all together: you. Your lovely springtime smiles make us feel swoony inside. So swoon one and swoon all, and send us your RSVPs so we can count you in on this pretty little party!
Hasta pronto -
